Terms of Service
By using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Last updated September 12, 2026
Introduction
These terms are an agreement between you and Oncavio, LLC, DBA Oncavio Insurance Services (“Oncavio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company at 1160 Arizona St., Redlands, CA 92374. We operate as an insurance producer. Our National Producer Number is 21634867.
Oncavio is a broker and producer. We are not an insurance company. We do not underwrite or issue policies. Coverage exists only if an insurer binds and issues it, and only on that insurer's policy terms.
Services
We provide a website, invitation-based platform, brokerage and risk services for commercial entities. Those services may include collecting application information, reviewing documents, preparing submissions, approaching markets, presenting quotes, servicing placed policies, claims management, compliance, and risk solutions.
Access to application tools is limited to people we invite. An invitation or account does not mean we have agreed to place coverage or that any market will offer a quote.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the services for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms and to share the information you submit.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your email and login methods secure. Notify us promptly if you believe an unauthorized person has used your account.
Insurance Applications and Authority
Information you submit must be accurate and complete. Insurance applications are signed statements. False or incomplete answers can delay a quote, void coverage, or result in a claim denial.
By submitting an application or uploading documents, you authorize us to:
- Use the information and documents to prepare submissions and discuss the risk with insurers and intermediaries.
- Request loss runs and similar underwriting records from current or prior carriers when you give that authorization.
- Extract information from documents you provide, including with automated tools, so we can populate and review an application.
- Contact you about the application, quotes, binding, and policy service.
A quote is not an offer to bind and is not a policy. Premiums, coverage, and availability depend on underwriting, the applicant, the location, and the market. Not every product is available in every state. Surplus lines coverage, when used, is placed with non-admitted insurers and is subject to additional disclosures and taxes.
Compensation
We are typically paid by commission from the insurer or intermediary that issues the policy. We may also receive contingent or other incentive compensation based on the volume or profitability of business we place, and we may charge disclosed fees for surplus lines, inspections, or similar items. Compensation does not change the insurer's obligations under a policy.
Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the services for anything unlawful, or to submit information you do not have the right to share.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, other accounts, or our systems.
- Probe, scan, or disrupt the services, or overload them with automated traffic except as we expressly allow.
- Copy, scrape, or reuse the site or our content except for your own internal use of materials we provide about your account.
Intellectual Property
The site, our name, marks, and software are owned by Oncavio or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the services as these terms allow. You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a license to use that content to provide the services, including sharing it with markets and service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
The site may link to carrier portals, payment pages, or other third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for them.
Disclaimers
The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that we can obtain coverage for every risk, or that any quote, estimate, or summary is complete. Policy wording controls over any summary on the site or in a proposal.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Descriptions of coverage are general. Read the policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oncavio and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost coverage, arising out of the services or these terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of the services or these terms is limited to the fees you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if you paid us no such fees. This limit does not apply to liability that California law does not allow us to limit.
Nothing in these terms limits an insurer's obligations under a policy it issued.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Oncavio against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the services, your breach of these terms, or information you submit that is inaccurate or that you were not authorized to share, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
Termination
You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, if an invitation is withdrawn, or if we stop offering a feature. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, limits on liability, indemnity, and governing law — will survive.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes may be subject to arbitration and jurisdiction provisions described in the full Terms of Service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the services.
General
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any placement or engagement terms we separately agree with you, are the entire agreement between you and Oncavio about the services. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
